Backside of the main lodge. We loved that firepit. Dinners were usually served outside on the deck. |

Here is the front of the lodge--beautifully appointed |

Giraffes everywhere and right out my door. |

Amazing pool environment with giraffes and warthogs roaming around while we sit and enjoy the sun. Remember they are more afraid of you than you are of them. |

" In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice;
in the Morning I lay my requests before you
and wait in expectation." Psalm 5:3 |

We ate the hunt meat each night - This was eland--yum yum! |

Kudu steaks on the outside grill |

It's a romantic night by the fire....talking about the day. Here are Jenny and Al...listening to the sounds of nature around us. |

Oh the tales that are told around the fire at night! Tonight we had Wildebeest tenderloins...yummy! |

Beautiful scene to look out at...almost seem like they are tame. Wish I would have brought my watercolors to paint. There were 4 Nyala outside my deck while I was reading. Doesn't this just look like a painting? |

Today was a full day of hunting with the result of 2 warthogs and 1 impala. We are enjoying the evening as it cools down after a warm day |

The camp has a main meeting lodge building where we gather and eat and chat. |

Anyone for a game of pool? |

Each person has their own bungalow with a wonderful attached outdoor shower
|

Very comfy room |

Bathroom and each side has its own wardrobe for your clothing. |

To soak those muscles after a long day hunt |
 |
 |

Wonderful outdoor shower. You don't know how good it feels after a day in the dry sand! I should clarify that each bungalow has an attached private shower with a sliding glass door outside to it. |

We always look forward to dinner at night after a long day's hunt |

This is what David's gemsbuck may look like after mounted |

One of the dining areas. The roof is a thatched roof that needs to be replaced every 2 years. |

Kudu - much bigger than what I thought |

And the warthog! |
